All orders are shipped from our manufacturing unit in Kolkata, India.

Can I cut the hair extensions?

Yes, you can trim or cut the extensions to match your desired style or length.

Can I curl or straighten the extensions?

Yes. Since our extensions are made from 100% human hair, they can be curled or straightened using heat tools. Always use a heat protectant.

How do I choose the right color?

Take a selfie in natural sunlight. Jet Black appears dark black, Natural Black has slight brown undertones, and Natural Brown shows visible brown tones. Send your photo to us on Instagram @goldtipsindia for help.

Can I swim or shower with clip-in extensions?

We do not recommend wearing clip-in extensions while swimming, showering, sleeping, or exercising. Remove them to maintain their quality and lifespan.

How long will my extensions last?

With proper care, GoldTips hair extensions can last 1 to 2 years or more with regular use.

Why choose a human hair topper over a synthetic one for thinning hair?

Human hair moves, reflects light, and blends naturally with your own hair. Synthetic toppers have a fixed style, mismatch in sunlight, and are obvious up close.

Some extensions accept heat and still cost much less - does that mean they're real human hair?

Not necessarily. Today, some brands use advanced heat-resistant synthetic Fibers blended with a small percentage of real human hair - making them look and even feel premium. While these blends do tolerate heat styling, they are not 100% human hair but they would be discomfortable over longer usage and can be guessed easily while using it.
